We've thrown them in the sea and against brick walls, yet the Royal Marines Commandos seemed to bounce back each and everytime. So for this final challenge, it was down to them to decide the challenges and for those who are considered 'extreme' to take up the challenge.

And so the final challenge has arrived and it was a double whammy of a weekend.
This time round it was the Royal Marines turn to take control and so four unsuspecting participants, including pro MTB rider Martyn Ashton and BMXer Robin Fenlon, trekked up to North Wales to see what was in store for them.
What greeted them was a day of sheer cliff faces followed by water so cold that not even a life saving pee in the wetsuit was going to help.

We know that a Royal Marine Commando can handle an assault course, but just how much will make him ready for the rigours of the art of Parkour?
Taking to the streets we get the Royal Marines to take on the urban assault course along side top free runners Urban Freeflow, but to make it interesting, the Royal Marines get to test those free runners on their own assault course.

Battling the elements of the Cornish coast was the first challenge that we set our Royal Marines Commandos.
Choppy waters, long drops and climbing cliffs is something that a Royal Marine will have trained for, but will he be able to do it with the professionals whose thrill seeking mentality means each jump is that little bit higher?
