Q. How did you get into downhill and what do you love about it?
"I got into riding and racing from an early age because of my parents. My dad was getting into it all and naturally I wanted to get in on it and have been hooked ever since.
"I love riding for the same reason as all the others I think. It’s the adrenalin, the competition, the feeling of hitting something as fast as possible and being the fastest one to do it. I guess I'm just addicted.
Q. What’s been the highlight of your career so far?
"I have had a few podiums at the European cups and national events and my best at the World Cup at the moment is 25th. Some of the best moments riding aren't always at the big events or in a race run but just riding with good friends too."
Q. What do you want to achieve in the future?
"I'm just happy to be able to do it and have fun in the future. For as long as I can race and make a living from doing what I love I don’t see anything that comes higher up than that."
Q. Who inspires you the most in your sport and why?
"All the guys that were at the top when I was getting into the sport and I was watching on DVDs and reading about in the mags. They created the dream for me."
Q. What is your favourite place to ride and why?
"I have too many favourites. I really like Mont Sainte Anne in Canada because it’s a real man's track that’s flat out and full on the whole way down. The World Cup finals in Meribel last year were amazing and the first round at Lourdes this year was amazing as well! I want to get back out there now!"
Q. What music is on your playlist when you ride?
"I love music and couldn’t be without it. I think the last song I heard was something from Chase and Status, those guys can make a tune or two!
Q. Which Extreme Sports Channel show would you most like to star in and why?
"It's got to be Nitro Circus. Travis Pastrana is undoubtably one of the sickest guys around and everything they get up to in their day-to-day lives is awesome."
Q. If you could be a pro at any sport other than mountain biking, what would it be?
"I guess it would be Motocross. It's very similar to what goes on in downhill. I've been told I should stick to downhill though and that’s where I'll stay for sure."
Q. What advice would you give to someone who wants to try your sport for the first time?
"Everyone in the sport I've met so far are really nice people and don’t be shy, come for a ride with me... visit www.flowstylecoaching.com!"
Q. If you could have three wishes, what would they be?
"To be able to ride my whole life, stay healthy and to have a few more wishes!"
