Extreme Playgrounds take a break for 2012

News in from the Telekom Extreme Playgrounds camp -

'The action-sports series “Extreme Playgrounds” have to take a break in 2012. The difficult economical environment
makes it impossible to set up the events on the usual and expected high level.

"I feel very sorry for the fans, artists and athletes. The Playgrounds stood for unforgettable moments and delivered
numerous highlights on a sportive and musical level” says managing director Lars-Oliver Vogt of the organizer Nice
Productions. “A big Thank You goes out to our long time partners Telekom, Sony Ericsson, Xbox and Monster
Energy. Without their support this series would never happened. They have been an important part in the growing
success of the events.”

The series itself is a success story of its own in the European action-sports scene. More than 100.000 visitors in 5
years, 45 great concerts, more than 400 athletes of the international BMX, MTB, skate and wakeboard scene
made the events the highlights of each season.

We´re working with full throttle on a continuance under a new flag, to again celebrate action sports and festival
feeling on a top notch level as soon as possible.'

Good luck from all the guys at extreme.com, hope to see you back in 2013.
